Job summary

Juice Recruitment is partnering with a well-established estate agency in Weston-Super-Mare to recruit a Customer Service Administrator. The role suits candidates with lettings or property experience or those keen to start a career in property, with progression toward ARLA Propertymark Level 3.

You will manage a portfolio of properties, handling tenancy steps from move-in to end of tenancy, with a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or property management is preferred.
• Open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds and customer-facing/offices roles.
• Structured training and ARLA Level 3 qualification support to aid development.

Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated portfolio of properties throughout the tenancy.
• Be the main contact for landlords and tenants.
• Handle maintenance and repair issues, liaising with contractors and arranging works.
• Organise property visits and follow up on issues identified.
• Manage tenancy changes, rent reviews and arrears.
• Maintain accurate tenancy, property and compliance records.
• Manage notices, check-outs, deposit returns and end-of-tenancy processes.
• Respond to a high volume of phone and email enquiries.
• Work closely with the wider lettings team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Provide general administrative and office support when required.
