Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Weston-Super-Mare (Uphill) is seeking an organised Property Manager to oversee tenancies from move-in to move-out, coordinate maintenance, and liaise with contractors to ensure safety and compliance across properties.

You will report to the JAM Recruitment team, enjoy a full-time schedule Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm with occasional Saturday shifts, and benefit from a fully funded ARLA qualification plus a £1,000 uplift on completion.

Qualifications

• Experience managing tenancies from move-in to move-out.
• Coordinating maintenance and contractor liaison.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and legal requirements.
• Clear communication with landlords and tenants.
• Property experience advantageous.
