Anderson Recruitment Ltd in Bishops Cleeve has a new opportunity for a proactive Property Manager to join a family-run team on a full-time permanent basis. No prior property experience is required as full training and ARLA qualification support are provided.

You will build relationships with landlords and tenants, coordinate repairs, arrange inspections and maintain records, with a focus on customer service and organised administration.

Qualifications

• No previous property experience required; full training and ARLA support provided.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills essential.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and applicants.
• Handle enquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
• Organise repairs and maintenance works and coordinate inspections.
• Maintain accurate records and support tenancy renewals.
• Market available properties and conduct viewings.
• Ensure property compliance including safety certificates.
