Lettings Coordinator
Location: Earls Court, Central London (Office-Based)
Salary: £26,000-£35,000 DOE + Performance Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time

A boutique estate agency in Earls Court is looking for an experienced Lettings Coordinator to manage administrative support across lettings, compliance, and office operations. The role offers exposure to high-value properties and a professional client base.

Responsibilities

Handle office supplies, key logs, calendars, and general admin

Be the first point of contact for landlord and tenant queries

Schedule property handovers, viewings, and internal meetings

Process referencing, Right to Rent checks, and tenancy agreements

Manage renewals, deposit registrations, and move-in/move-out compliance

Maintain accurate records using Alto CRM and shared systems

Support with tenancy reporting, budgeting, and tracking

Requirements

1+ years in property admin or lettings support (essential)

1+ year in an estate agency office (essential)

Knowledge of tenancy agreements, deposit schemes, and compliance

Strong organisation and attention to detail

Confident written and verbal communicator

Proficient with CRM systems (Alto preferred), Microsoft Office, and digital tools

Performance bonus

Monday to Friday schedule

Office-based in Earls Court
