Job summary

Beresfords Group is seeking an experienced Lettings Consultant to join our award-winning team in Dunmow. You will manage valuations, market properties and negotiate terms, while delivering exceptional customer service to Landlords and Tenants.

We welcome those with a minimum of 2 years in residential lettings, a confident and outgoing manner, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and in-house software. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential lettings.
• Knowledge of Dunmow area is advantageous.
• Confident, outgoing and competitive personality.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional approach.
• IT proficient and able to learn in‑house software quickly.
• Full UK driving licence held.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking rental valuations and negotiating with landlords.
• Coordinating and conducting property viewings for tenants.
• Liaising with tenants to match needs with available properties.
• Negotiating terms between landlords and tenants.
