Empanda Properties is seeking a Property Accounts Executive to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our managed portfolio in Greater Manchester. You’ll ensure rent is received, payments are made to the right people, arrears are chased, and records remain accurate.

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day financial operation of our managed property portfolio.
In simple terms: making sure rent comes in, the right people get paid, arrears are chased, property bills are dealt with and the numbers are accurate.
Your responsibilities will include:
We usePayPropfor our client accounting, so previous PayProp experience would be helpful but it isn't essential.
We’re more interested in relevant property experience and attitude than formal accounting qualifications.
Ideally, you’ll have experience within aletting agency, property management business or property/client accounts teamand understand how money moves between tenants, landlords, contractors and managing agents.

You’ll work closely with our lettings and property management teams every day. We want someone who communicates, asks questions, shares information, helps colleagues and enjoys solving problems together.
This isn't a traditional bookkeeping or corporate accounting position.
You won't be responsible for VAT returns, payroll, statutory accounts or company bookkeeping.
Your focus is the financial side of our managed properties:
Rent in. Money out. Arrears controlled. Records accurate. Landlords informed.
3 days working from home
2 days with the team in Sale
Monday-Friday with some flexibility by discussion
