An Accounts Administrator who is responsible for the accounting processes of diverse property portfolio's consisting of commercial, industrial & retail properties. The Accounts Administrator supports Client Accountants and Property Managers by providing accurate and timely financial reporting, processing supplier payments, completing bank reconciliations, and assisting with VAT returns across managed commercial property portfolios. The role involves a broad range of day-to-day accounting activities, with a strong emphasis on rent accounting, service charge management, and property-related financial administration.
The role requires a high volume of processing of financial data on behalf of our clients. This role will involve supporting the Assistant Client Accountants & Client Accountants within the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, and to internal and client KPIs to ensure a best-in-class service is delivered to all Workman clients.
