Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate CRM records and work toward targets.

Job description

An ambitious and personable Lettings Negotiator is required for a growing independent estate agency in Ilford. Ideally, you will have at least six months’ lettings experience and a genuine desire to build a successful career in property.

Job Title: Lettings Negotiator

Salary: OTE £30,000 per annum

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Reference: WR99049

This role would suit a commercially minded individual who enjoys negotiating, building relationships and working towards targets.

You will be involved in converting rental enquiries into successful lets, providing excellent customer service and contributing to the growth of the lettings department, with the potential to progress into a Lettings Manager, Valuer or other senior position as your experience develops.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Coordinating the lettings process through to offer acceptance and tenant referencing
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and working towards individual and team targets
