Qualifications

• Six months lettings or estate agency experience required.
• Ambitious, enthusiastic and keen to build a long-term property career.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Commercially aware with an understanding of lead conversion and sales targets.
• Proactive with initiative and ownership; team players.

Responsibilities

• Manage rental enquiries and match applicants to properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Follow up leads, negotiate offers and convert enquiries into lets.
• Coordinate lettings process through offer acceptance and references.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and work toward targets.
