JAMES GEORGE RECRUITMENT LIMITED is partnering with a growing financial services team in London to hire an experienced Operations Manager. You will lead day-to-day operations, translate strategy into execution, and ensure teams have structure, support and resources to deliver high standards.

The role sits between senior leadership and operational teams, with a focus on continuous improvement, automation, controls, and effective collaboration across functions to drive efficiency and scalability.

Formación

• Proven people management experience.
• Experience leading multiple teams or workstreams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage and develop the Operations team with KPIs and regular coaching.
• Oversee workloads, prioritisation and resource allocation across functions.
• Monitor controls and data quality; drive continuous improvement.
• Identify root causes and drive corrective action.
• Develop MI and reporting for senior management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Tech and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and ways of working.
• Support automation and the adoption of AI to improve efficiency.
• Support audit and regulatory activities.
