Job summary

Warner Hotel is seeking a Leisure Team Member to lead and coach the team in delivering daily recreational activities for guests. You will supervise activities, from archery to other leisure offerings, ensuring safety and high service standards.

The role is hands-on with guest interaction and requires a National Pool Lifeguard qualification, excellent customer service, and the ability to engage guests throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• RLSS Lifeguard qualification required.
• Excellent customer service and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise leisure activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the daily activities of the leisure team to ensure all areas are covered.
• Host a variety of activities throughout the day to engage guests and provide memorable experiences.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and a welcoming environment in the leisure department.

What will I be doing?

As a Leisure Team Member you will lead and coach the teams’ daily activities to ensure all areas of responsibilities are covered.

You and the team will host a variety of activities throughout the day from rifle shooting to archery.

What are we looking for?

• Enthusiastic individuals, who have a genuine passion for leisure.
• Great customer service skills.
• Able to pick up new skills quickly.
• Lifeguarding experience is essential
• Someone who will engage with the guests and host activities to ensure guests can enjoy their holiday to the full.

What skills do I need?

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS) is essential.
• Work independently and proudly, providing exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the leisure department.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and appealing environment is maintained for team and guests by following the company Health and Safety Policy
