Warner Hotels Bembridge Coast is hiring a Leisure Team Member to lead and coach the team in delivering engaging leisure activities for guests. The role supports a 258-bedroom hotel with a theatre, spa and leisure facilities, offering stunning Solent views on the Isle of Wight.

Pay Rates:

Up to £12.71 per hour depending on age

What will I be doing?

As a Leisure Team Member you will lead and coach the teams’ daily activities to ensure all areas of responsibilities are covered.

You and the team will host a variety of activities throughout the day from rifle shooting to archery.

• Enthusiastic individuals, who have a genuine passion for leisure.
• Great customer service skills.
• Able to pick up new skills quickly.
• Lifeguarding experience is essential
• Someone who will engage with the guests and host activities to ensure guests can enjoy their holiday to the full.

What skills do I need?

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS) is essential.
• Work independently and proudly, providing exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the leisure department.
