Job summary

Warner Hotels is recruiting a Lifeguard Team Member for Sinah Warren on Hayling Island. You’ll help keep guests safe in the pool and leisure areas while delivering friendly, efficient service throughout their stay.

You should hold the National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS) and be able to swim at least 100 metres. This role offers ongoing training and development, plus access to Warner’s benefits, including gym use, leave, discounts, and career progression opportunities.

Join our team at Sinah Warren part of the Warner Hotels Group. Set within magnificent grounds, Sinah Warren is part of the Warner Hotels Group. This beautiful, coastal, 258-bedroom hotel with a theatre, purpose-built spa, and leisure facilities (including gym and both indoor and outdoor pools), restaurant and bar is located on Hayling Island off the Hampshire coast close to Portsmouth.

Hourly rate: Up to £12.71 dependent on age.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lifeguard Team Member to join our team at Warner Hotels. As part of our supportive Leisure team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our guests while they enjoy our swimming pool and leisure facilities. You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe environment, carrying out poolside supervision, responding to incidents when required, and delivering excellent customer service. Alongside the Leisure Manager and wider team, you will be a fundamental part of creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for every guest throughout their stay.

What will I be doing?

As a Lifeguard you will:

What skills do I need?

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS).
• Able to swim a minimum of 100 meters
• Work independently and proudly, providing exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the leisure department.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and appealing environment is maintained for team and guests by following the company Health and Safety Policy
