Warner Hotels is hiring a Lifeguard Team Member at Littlecote House in Hungerford. You will monitor pool areas, ensure guest safety, and deliver friendly service in a welcoming leisure environment.

Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS).
• Able to swim a minimum of 100 metres.
• Work independently and proudly, providing exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the leisure department.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and appealing environment is maintained for team and guests by following the Health and Safety Policy.

Join our team at Littlecote House, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This Grade I listed 208-bedroom hotel in Hungerford is steeped in history and includes a spa, entertainment area, and dining facilities.

Hourly rate: Up to £12.71 dependent on age.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lifeguard Team Member to join our team at Warner Hotels. As part of our supportive Leisure team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our guests while they enjoy our swimming pool and leisure facilities. You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe environment, carrying out poolside supervision, responding to incidents when required, and delivering excellent customer service. Alongside the Leisure Manager and wider team, you will be a fundamental part of creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for every guest throughout their stay.
