Job summary

Heythrop Park is seeking a Leisure Team Member to join Warner Hotels Group. You will lead daily guest activities, from archery to rifle shooting, and supervise poolside safety as a lifeguard.

You should be enthusiastic with strong customer service, the RLSS Lifeguard qualification, and the ability to work independently. Live-in may be available, with access to gym, discounts and development opportunities.

Join our team at Heythrop Park, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This 311-bedroom hotel with two theatres, a spa, and three restaurants is set within 440 acres of parkland in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Pay Rates: Upto £14.39 per hour depending on age

What will I be doing?

As a Leisure Team Member you will lead and coach the guests daily activities to ensure all areas of responsibilities are covered.

You and the team will host a variety of activities throughout the day from rifle shooting to archery. You will have a responsibility to keep our guests safe on the poolside as a lifeguard.

What are we looking for?

• Enthusiastic individuals, who have a genuine passion for leisure.
• Great customer service skills.
• Able to pick up new skills quickly.
• Lifeguarding experience is essential
• Someone who will engage with the guests and host activities to ensure guests can enjoy their holiday to the full.

What skills do I need?

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS) is essential but can be provided to the right candidate.
• Work independently and proudly, providing exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the leisure department.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and appealing environment is maintained for team and guests by following the company Health and Safety Policy
