Job summary

Center Parcs Longleat Forest is seeking a Swimming Pool Manager to lead the Subtropical Swimming Paradise, oversee daily operations, safety standards and revenue growth.

You will manage budgets, KPIs and compliance, recruit and develop a large diverse team, and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires early starts, evenings and weekends; a DBS check will be completed and we offer a 12% bonus plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Commercial management experience with budget control and implementation.
• Experience in customer service management with KPI delivery.
• Management experience in a leisure environment leading large diverse teams.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration across departments.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pool operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Recruit, manage and develop the team to deliver excellent service.
• Monitor revenues, payroll, margins and expenditure to achieve financial targets.
