Job summary

Center Parcs is seeking a Swimming Pool Assistant Manager at the Longleat site in England. You will assist the Pool Manager in guest safety and in the smooth operation of the Subtropical Swimming Paradise.

You will oversee budgets, lead a large team, and manage daily pool operations while ensuring water quality meets standards. A DBS check is required; this is a full-time role with early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• RLSS Pool Lifeguard or NARS qualification is essential.
• First Aid Certificate is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven management experience leading large teams.
• Strong customer service focus with KPI awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing staff budgets, operations and revenue.
• Support the Pool Manager in leading a large team.
• Oversee daily pool operations and water quality standards.
• Coordinate with technical services for maintenance and repairs.
• Drive team wellbeing and performance through effective leadership.
