Job summary

Center Parcs is seeking a Swimming Pool Manager at Longleat Forest to oversee daily pool operations, manage a large team and drive safety, service standards and financial performance.

You will recruit and develop staff, monitor revenues and costs, and foster a positive culture focused on wellbeing, motivation and excellence. DBS check required; full-time, 150 hours/4 weeks with early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Commercial management experience, including budget control and implementation.
• Expertise in customer service management, ensuring standards and KPI delivery.
• Management experience in a leisure environment, leading large and diverse teams.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and cross-departmental working to achieve excellence.
• Ability to build effective relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pool operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Recruit, manage and develop the team to deliver excellent service.
