Job summary

Center Parcs UK & Ireland is seeking a capable leader to head the Subtropical Swimming Paradise operations at Longleat Forest. You will manage budgets, KPIs and compliance while driving safety, quality and revenue growth through strong team leadership.

This full‑time role requires commercial management experience, delivering high standards of customer service and leading large, diverse teams across a leisure environment.

• Strong stakeholder collaboration and cross‑departmental working to achieve excellence.

Longleat Forest | Circa £48,200 per annum  plus 12% bonus scheme

Keep guests smiling and safe Lead the Subtropical Swimming Paradise operations, managing budgets, KPIs and compliance while ensuring safety, quality and revenue growth through exceptional team leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily pool operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Recruit, manage and develop the team to deliver excellent service
• Monitor revenues, payroll, margins and expenditure to achieve financial targets
• Foster a positive team culture focused on wellbeing, motivation and performance

Your working hours

• Full‑time contract
• 150 contracted hours per 4‑week period
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

About You
