Job summary

Warner Hotels in Hereford is seeking a Leisure Manager to lead our sports, leisure and wellness teams across indoor and outdoor facilities, including pools. You will work with our Spa Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences with the highest standards of service and safety for guests.

You will develop staff, manage budgets and P&L, and drive departmental revenue across leisure, activities, wellness and spa services.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a sports, leisure and/or activities environment.
• Pool Plant Operations experience and qualifications.
• Experience managing a P&L and achieving commercial targets
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for wellness, hospitality, and team development
• Ability to make confident decisions and uphold high standards

Join our team at Holme Lacy, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This Grade I listed 181-bedroom hotel in Herefordshire has a theatre, spa, two restaurants, and a coffee shop, all set in 20 acres of green fields.

Salary: Up to £32,000

Join Warner Hotels as our new Leisure Manager and lead a dynamic team across our Sports and Leisure departments, including both indoor and outdoor pools. You will work alongside our Spa Manager to lead a team of specialists, drive commercial success, and uphold the highest standards of service and safety, to provide exceptional guest experiences across our sports, leisure, activities, wellness, and spa services.

Responsibilities:
