Job summary

Warner Hotels at Heythrop Park is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead a large team and uphold the high standards guests expect. You will work closely with Heads of Facilities to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

The role involves managing room preparation, supervising leaders, and driving improvements in housekeeping quality while controlling costs and labour deployment. A strong focus on guest satisfaction and team development is essential.

• Possess a management or cleaning qualification or willing to develop to this level (e.g., BICS, CIMS, BIFM)

• Can create an environment where the team are able to grow and develop.

Join our team at Heythrop Park, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This 311-bedroom hotel with two theatres, a spa, and three restaurants is set within 440 acres of parkland in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Salary £33,000-£40,000 dependent on experience.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join the team at Warner Hotels, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the high standards our guests know and love.

What will I be doing?

Working closely with the Head of Facilities and leading your Housekeeping Team leaders, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the housekeeping team.Working with a large diverse and multi-skilled team, you will ensure all our guests enjoy the highest quality stay in a perfectly kept room.

With a strong sense of awareness of timings and standards, you will ensure every room is prepared for the guests’ arrival, being an integral part of their perfect customer journey. You'll also be responsible for managing the cleanliness and appearance of other guest areas across the hotel through your team.
