Job summary

Warner Hotels Group at Heythrop Park seeks a dedicated Leisure Team Member to deliver engaging daily activities across our leisure facilities, while upholding safety and hospitality. You will host a range of activities from poolside sessions to archery, ensuring guests enjoy their holiday to the full.

National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS) is essential, though we can provide training for the right candidate. Live-in may be available and there are excellent career development opportunities.

Job description

Join our team at Heythrop Park, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This 311-bedroom hotel with two theatres, a spa, and three restaurants is set within 440 acres of parkland in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Pay Rates: Upto £14.39 per hour depending on age

What will I be doing?

As a Leisure Team Member you will lead and coach the guests daily activities to ensure all areas of responsibilities are covered.

You and the team will host a variety of activities throughout the day from rifle shooting to archery. You will have a responsibility to keep our guests safe on the poolside as a lifeguard.

What are we looking for?

• Enthusiastic individuals, who have a genuine passion for leisure.


• Great customer service skills.


• Able to pick up new skills quickly.


• Lifeguarding experience is essential


• Someone who will engage with the guests and host activities to ensure guests can enjoy their holiday to the full.

What skills do I need?

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS) is essential but can be provided to the right candidate.


• Work independently and proudly, providing exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the leisure department.
