Job summary

Klarent Hospitality Limited is seeking a Leisure Manager to join our team in the UK. The role focuses on leading the Leisure Department, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage daily operations, and ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards while overseeing budgetary performance across the leisure function.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform under pressure and multi-task.
• A solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Proven experience as a Leisure Manager or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all customers queries are dealt with efficiently.
• Ability to recruit, develop and lead a strong team within the Leisure Department.
• Manage the daily operations and contribute to the smooth running of the Leisure Department.
• Monitor and ensure compliance achieved for Health and Safety standards.
• Overseeing the financial performance of the leisure department by managing budgets and controlling costs effectively.
