Job summary

Klarent Hospitality Limited is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our fast-paced team at a branded UK hotel. In this role you will lead service, ensure guest satisfaction and uphold the highest standards of food and beverage quality.

You will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to deliver professional, friendly service, maintain health and safety standards and support a busy operation while developing your leadership skills within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Team leadership and guest-driven service mentality are essential.
• Confident communicator with clear, friendly interactions.
• Customer-focused approach with attention to detail and standards.
• Experience in a busy Food & Beverage operation is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
• Assist guests and ensure professional service at all times, exceeding expectations.
• Support the Food and Beverage Manager to run the department smoothly.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the hotel’s products, standards, and safety policies.

The Role:

• To assist with the service of our guests, thus ensuring all guests receive efficient, professional service at all times and exceeding their expectations.
• Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the smooth operation of the department
• Have a strong knowledge of the Hotel’s products and standards
• Ensuring all Health and Safety/ Food compliance is adhered to
