Responsibilities

• The Sales Hustle: Hitting your numbers, treating the business as your own and achieving 20 POS referrals per month and 15 completed calls per shift.
• The Guest Experience: Matching the package to the person, conducting brilliant sales tours and offering tailored advice to sign up members.
• The Standards: Daily walk rounds of the leisure club to ensure facilities look immaculate and SOPs are met; maintain impeccable presentation.
• The Communication: Being the face of the club, resolving complaints politely, capturing all member data accurately, and liaising with the hotel team.
