Village Hotels is seeking an experienced Leisure Operations Manager in Warrington to act as the operational anchor of the Leisure Club. You will lead the Team Leaders, Group Fitness crew, and gym floor staff, owning daily standards, cleanliness, and member experience.

We value attitude, resilience, and energy; prior leisure management is essential. Expect support, training, and opportunities as you run a fast-paced health club with autonomy and ownership.

• Previous leisure management experience is essential.

Responsabilités

• The Daily Operation: ensure club is prepared, spotless, and safe, treating health, safety and hygiene as priorities.
• The People Leadership: lead Team Leaders and Group Fitness instructors, manage rotas, inductions, and coaching for excellent service with fun.
• The Member Experience: be the face of the floor, handle complaints politely and swiftly, ensuring memorable experiences for members and staff.
• The Commercial Reality: collaborate with the Leisure Club Manager to control costs, drive profitability, and hit revenue targets.
