Job summary

Village Hotels Warrington - Leisure is seeking an experienced Leisure Operations Manager to lead the Leisure Club, ensuring top standards for gym, pool and member experience. You will guide Team Leaders and Group Fitness staff, uphold daily operations, safety and cleanliness, and drive exceptional service in a fast-paced health club.

You will partner with the Leisure Club Manager to manage costs, profitability, and guest satisfaction while maintaining a strong leadership presence on the gym

Qualifications

• Previous leisure management experience is essential.
• Attitude, resilience, and energy matter.
• Strong standards and motivational leadership for a fast-paced health club.

Responsibilities

• The Daily Operation: ensure the club is prepared, clean, and safe; uphold health, safety and hygiene as a priority.
• The People Leadership: lead Team Leaders and Group Fitness instructors; manage rotas and inductions; coach for excellent service with fun.
• The Member Experience: be the face on the floor; handle complaints politely and swiftly; deliver memorable experiences.
• The Commercial Reality: work with the Leisure Club Manager to control costs, drive profitability and hit revenue targets.
