Delta Hotels in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a dedicated leisure club supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage reception staff, and ensure top-tier guest service within our on-site leisure facilities. You will coordinate bookings, handle inquiries, maintain safety and hygiene, keep records, assist with inventory, and work with other departments to deliver memorable guest experiences.

A high school diploma and at least 1 year in customer service are preferred, with supervisory experience

Responsibilities

Here’s what your journey with us entails: Experience in managing or working within a leisure facility, gym or fitness environment is desirable. Experience working with swimming pools is an advantage but is not essential, as training can be provided.
