Harrow School Fitness Club seeks a Team Leader to manage on-shift operations, supervise the Lifeguard and Front Desk teams, and support events for school and public use. The role offers exposure to a busy leisure environment at Harrow on the Hill with a broad range of facilities.

The ideal candidate will have duty manager experience in leisure, a current NPLQ lifeguard certificate, and strong front desk/customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Duty manager experience within the leisure industry.
• Current NPLQ lifeguard certificate is required.
• Demonstrable front desk and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee on-shift operation of the fitness club under supervision of the Deputy Sports Centre Manager.
• Provide lifeguarding services and ensure safety during School and public use.
• Supervise the team on duty to maintain a safe, clean environment and excellent customer service.
• Assist with internal and external sports events as needed.
