Qualifications

• RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualification is essential.
• Ability to work independently and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and guest-facing quality in the leisure department.
• Follow Health and Safety Policy to ensure a safe environment for guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team’s daily activities.
• Host a variety of activities throughout the day (rifle shooting to archery).
