Everybody Health and Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager to support the smooth, safe, and effective operation of a busy leisure centre. You will lead a shift, ensure high-quality visitor experiences, and uphold safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or operational role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Confidence in leading a team and making decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure services run efficiently.
• Lead the team on shift and foster a customer-focused environment.
• Manage health and safety, customer care, and incident management.
• Handle bookings and support financial processes.
• Support external accreditations such as Quest and Investors in People.
• Perform site-specific checks and maintain high standards.
