Job summary

Halo Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager for Holmleigh Park Leisure Centre in Gloucester. The role is a permanent, full-time position (37 hours) with a fixed rota covering early openings and late closings, including alternating weekends.

You will be proactive, approachable, calm, and decisive, driving a safe, clean, and busy centre with a strong focus on team development. As Duty Manager you’ll gain management experience, pursue a Level 3 Duty Manager qualification, and benefit from excellent

Qualifications

• 3 months Previous management/supervisory experience in leisure or service setting
• Confidence to use basic IT software
• Google Docs/Sheets or equivalent
• Joining Halo Leisure, you’ll learn new skills in management and undertake funded qualifications
