Raise Education Trust seeks a Duty Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Wildern Leisure Centre and Deer Park Sports Centre in Hedge End. You will drive service excellence, oversee facilities, and work with public users to ensure smooth running.

Essential qualities include knowledge of the leisure industry, strong communication, flexibility, and a willingness to lead staff and volunteers. Desirable qualifications include NPLQ, Pool Plant Operation and management NVQ3.

• Maintain high safety and safeguarding standards.
