Job summary

Center Parcs UK & Ireland is hiring at Longleat Forest for a role centred on guest services and activity bookings. You will help guests plan fun, fitness and creativity, manage bookings, and assist with equipment rental in a friendly, can-do environment.

The role involves early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with a fixed-term contract until 14th January 2027 and a pay rate of £12.87 per hour. Longleat Forest offers a supportive team and various staff benefits.

Job description

Longleat Forest | £12.87 per hour

Help guests book their way to fun, fitness and creativity

You’ll help keep our sports and leisure spaces running smoothly by handling activity bookings, hiring out equipment and supporting guests with a friendly, can‑do attitude.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage activity bookings and hire out sports equipment
• Assist guests with enquiries and ensure equipment safety checks
• Operate bowling lanes and support the pottery studio

Your working hours

• Part‑time contracts
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 45, 60 or 90 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
