Job summary

Cabot Learning Federation is seeking a Leisure Attendant to support the operation of sports facilities across Winterstoke Hundred Academy and Hans Price Academy. You will help create a safe, welcoming environment for students and community groups, with duties including equipment setup, supervision, and maintenance.

The role requires strong health and safety awareness, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and dismantle equipment for activities and bookings.
• Supervise facility users and promote safe practice.
• Maintain clean, welcoming facilities and changing rooms.
• Carry out routine facility inspections and basic equipment checks.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service to visitors.
