What’s involved?

As a Leisure Assistant or Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and motivating environment for guests to exercise and relax. You will provide training sessions, ensure leisure facilities are cleaned and well maintained, and assist in organizing special events or wellness programs. Providing excellent customer service by assisting guests with questions or concerns is essential.

Previous experience as a Leisure Assistant or Fitness Instructor within a fitness or leisure environment is preferred, ideally in a hotel. You must have Level 3 Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer qualification, along with effective IT and communication skills. First Aider certification is desirable.
