We’re looking for someone who can maintain a positive and calm outlook, a friendly approach, can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, carry out instructions, be able to pay close attention to detail, and have a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience working within a hotel and/or leisure environment. You should have a Lifeguard Qualification and First Aid qualification, good sales ability, an approachable manner, and knowledge of the MS Office suite.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring the Spa delivers the minimum hotel standards / SOP at all times.
• Ensuring all standard checklists are used as prescribed.
• Actively considering prevention, recovery, and investigation of complaints.
• Maintaining good, up-to-date knowledge of the Spa products.
• Assisting in the cleaning of the Spa and reporting any maintenance or health and safety issues as per policy.
• Supporting the Leisure and Spa Manager with preventative maintenance of the Front of House area.
• Promoting sales awareness within the department and maximising sales opportunities.
• Being aware of and delivering local and company promotions, and up-selling departmental products and services.
