Qualifications

• Proven business development or sales experience in water hygiene, Legionella control, facilities management, or related technical sector.

Responsibilities

• Generate and secure new business opportunities within water hygiene and Legionella compliance services.
• Build strong relationships with facilities managers, landlords, and building operators.
• Develop and manage a pipeline through networking, referrals, prospecting, and industry events.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, tenders, and remedial quotations.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue within existing accounts.
• Provide technical support and expert advice on complex water system and compliance matters.
• Conduct site audits to ensure service quality and compliance standards.
