Job summary

Future Select is recruiting a Legionella Plumber to join a Midlands based team, covering a portfolio of commercial, local authority and domestic premises. The role requires ACOP L8 and HSG 274 knowledge and entails servicing, installation works and pre-planned/reactive remedial plumbing tasks.

Applicants should have NVQ Level 1 and 2 in Plumbing, with G3 Unvented ticket and NVQ3 being advantageous. A company vehicle and competitive benefits are on offer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Legionella Plumber; must hold NVQ Level 1 and 2 in Plumbing at minimum.
• Advantageous to hold NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and/or the G3 Unvented ticket.
• Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
• IT proficient; good literacy and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking pre-planned and reactive remedial plumbing works in line with ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
• Interpreting legionella risk assessments to identify required remedial roles.
• Deadleg removals, TMV replacements and installations, tank refurbishments and replacements.
