Job summary

Westwood Recruitment is seeking a highly organised Service Delivery Planner & Coordinator in Southend-on-Sea. The role focuses on coordinating field engineers for Legionella services and ensuring on-time, compliant delivery of works.

No Legionella experience is required as full training is provided. You’ll play a central role in keeping customers informed and ensuring safe, efficient service delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service delivery, scheduling or coordinating role.
• Willingness to learn Legionella basics through provided training.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule field-based engineers.
• Match jobs to skills and locations.
• Organise PPM and multi-site programmes of work.
• Communicate with customers to arrange visits.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Prepare job information and supporting documentation.
• Monitor deadlines, SLAs and outstanding works.
• Ensure reports/certificates reach customers.
• Keep job systems and financial records accurate.
• Assist invoicing of completed work.
• Resolve scheduling and delivery issues.
