Job summary

Future Select is seeking an experienced Legionella Plumber to service and install across multiple sites in the Midlands. You will follow ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines, undertaking remedial and planned works with accuracy and safety.

The role requires NVQ plumbing qualifications and offers training, overtime, a company vehicle, pension and annual leave as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Legionella plumbing work and risk-based servicing.
• Good knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
• NVQ Plumbing qualifications are required or advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking pre-planned and reactive legionella plumbing works in line with ACOP L8 and HSG 274.
• Interpreting legionella risk assessments to identify corrective actions.
• Installing and servicing fixed equipment including unvented systems.
• Producing detailed technical reports on works completed.

Our client is recruiting in the Midlands for an experienced and hardworking Legionella Plumber. They are seeking someone who holds experience working across a diverse portfolio of premises, including: commercial, local authority and domestic. You must be well-versed in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines, and will be comfortable completing servicing and installation works. Experience / Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Legionella Plumber-Must hold the NVQ Level 1 and 2 in Plumbing as a minimum-It would be advantageous to hold the NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and / or the G3 Unvented ticket-Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines-IT proficient-Good literacy and numeracy skills
