Job summary

Future Select is seeking an experienced Legionella Plumber to service a diverse portfolio of premises across the Midlands. The role requires compliance with ACOP L8 and HSG 274, and handling both servicing and installations.

A medium-sized, privately owned outfit offering competitive base salaries and benefits is behind the opportunity. The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 1/2, with NVQ Level 3 and G3 Unvented advantageous, plus IT literacy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Legionella Plumber with compliance to ACOP L8 and HSG 274.
• NVQ Level 1/2 required; Level 3 advantageous and G3 unvented preferred.
• IT literacy and numeracy required.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking pre-planned and reactive remedial plumbing works in line with ACOP L8 and HSG 274.
• Interpreting legionella risk assessments to identify required remedial roles.
• Deadleg removals, TMV replacements and installations, tank refurbishments and replacements.
• Producing detailed technical reports.

You must be well-versed in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines, and will be comfortable completing servicing and installation works. Experience / Qualifications
