Job summary

Marlowe Environmental Services, part of Mitie, is seeking a skilled Legionella Risk Assessor to join our Salisbury team. Deliver quality assessments and use digital tools to report data across customer environments.

You will work with ACOP L8, HSG274, HSG282, BS8580-1 and HTM 04-01, with structured training and clear progression paths in a mobile role across London and the South. City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment qualification is required, plus UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience conducting legionella risk assessments in water treatment or water hygiene.
• Strong knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG274, HSG282, BS8580-1 and HTM 04-01.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality Legionella risk assessments to high professional standards.
• Use digital tools to capture, analyse, and report data.
• Produce schematic drawings and maintain accurate compliance records.
• Provide clear, practical recommendations to support compliance and risk reduction.
• Build relationships with clients through expert service.
• Support operational delivery to meet contractual commitments.
• Conduct assessments per ACOP L8, HSG274, HSG282, HTM 04-01.
• Support a culture of safety, accountability and operational excellence.
