Marlowe Environmental Services (Part of Mitie) is seeking a skilled Legionella Risk Assessor to join our specialist team in Salisbury. You will deliver industry-leading risk assessments across a range of customer environments, using digital tools to capture, analyse, and report data efficiently.

The ideal candidate will hold a City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment qualification with proven experience, strong knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG274, HSG282, BS8580-1 and HTM 04-01, excellent IT literacy,

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience conducting legionella risk assessments within water treatment/water hygiene.
• Detail-oriented compliance professional focused on delivering exceptional service.
• Strong working knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG274, HSG282, BS8580-1 and HTM 04-01.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality Legionella risk assessments to high professional standards.
• Use digital tools to capture, analyse, and report data efficiently.
• Produce schematic drawings and maintain accurate compliance records.
• Provide clear, practical recommendations to support compliance and risk reduction.
• Build strong relationships with clients through expert service.
• Support operational delivery to ensure contractual/compliance commitments are met.
• Conduct assessments in line with ACOP L8, HSG274, HSG282, BS8580-1:2019 and HTM 04-01.
