Job summary

Qualifications

• Legionella risk assessment qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Proven legionella risk assessment experience in water treatment/hygiene.
• Detail-oriented compliance professional focused on value beyond compliance.
• Strong ACOP L8, HSG274, HSG282, BS8580-1 and HTM 04-01 knowledge.
• Excellent IT literacy with digital reporting systems.
• Ability to produce schematic drawings and technical documentation.
• Full UK driving licence with ≤6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality Legionella risk assessments to high professional standards.
• Use digital tools to capture, analyse, and report data efficiently.
• Produce schematic drawings and maintain accurate compliance records.
• Provide clear, practical recommendations to support compliance and risk reduction.
• Build strong relationships with clients through expert service.
• Support operational delivery to meet contractual/compliance commitments.
• Conduct assessments in line with ACOP L8, HSG274, HSG282, BS8580-1, HTM 04-01 guidance.
