Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Enfield, North London
Salary / Benefits: £25k – £38k + Training & Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-regarded Legionella/Water Hygiene outfit as a Legionella Risk Assessor. Experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor within an established Legionella/Water Hygiene outfit would be required for prospective candidates.

Consideration will be given to candidates in the South East area, including: Harlow, Bishop’s Stortford, Cheshunt, Watford, Basildon, Brentwood, St Albans, Hertford, Dartford, Gravesend, Croydon, Maldon, Chatham, Epsom and London.

Experience & Qualifications

• City & Guilds or WMSoc Equivalent in Legionella Risk Assessing
• Experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor for an established Legionella/Water Hygiene company
• Robust understanding of ACOP L8 Guidelines
• Strong written ability
• Comfortable with client-facing interactions, providing a professional and reliable experience
• Able to adapt to company needs, travelling if/when required

The Role

• Conducting Legionella Risk Assessments across a range of systems, including domestic hot and cold water systems, as well as, more complex industrial / process systems.
• Writing comprehensive reports, outlining findings and recommendations
• Producing schematic drawings
• Providing comprehensive technical advice to clients, including recommendations for remedials and highlighting areas of risk.
• Maintaining and building client relationships, ensuring to deliver a consistent service and handling client queries/problems swiftly.
