Job summary

BlackCode, a high-growth LegalTech AI business, is seeking a Legal Implementation Specialist to help enterprise customers implement and realise value from its contract-focused AI platform used across legal and commercial workflows. Qualifications

• Proven client-facing delivery experience.
• Experience running implementations, onboarding, or professional services.
• Background in LegalTech, SaaS, implementation, onboarding, or customer delivery; lawyers who moved into LegalTech welcome.
• Senior level: ownership of complex end-to-end implementations with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver customer implementations from discovery through configuration, testing, rollout and adoption.
• Manage multiple live customer implementations concurrently across priorities.
• Collaborate with legal, Legal Operations, procurement and commercial teams to tailor the platform to their needs.
• Develop and refine prompts for AI systems to drive effective outcomes for customers.
• Present solutions, gather feedback, support testing and guide users through rollout.
