Career Legal seeks an experienced AI Enablement & Change Lead to drive AI adoption across its legal teams, embedding tools into workflows and delivering measurable efficiency and service improvements.

You will work with senior technology stakeholders, lead regional enablement in London, build relationships with lawyers, and travel to European offices as required to align strategies and foster confident use of technology.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years in legal tech, innovation, or change management.
• Proven track record delivering AI-enabled change in professional services.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and how technology improves delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and training delivery skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI enablement programmes for legal professionals across London and Europe.
• Design training that demonstrates AI and legal technology in research, drafting, and due diligence.
• Develop adoption campaigns and reusable learning materials.
• Monitor adoption metrics and report progress to senior leadership.
