BlackCode is seeking a Legal Operations Business Partner to join its Legal Operations and Transformation team in London. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a commitment of 2 days per week in London, offering a salary in the £80,000-£90,000 range.

You will operate in a senior role alongside partners and lawyers to shape how legal services are delivered, driving AI-driven transformation, operational improvements and more efficient matter delivery.

Formación

• Works within a large law firm with strong understanding of legal operations and delivery.
• At least 3 years of management experience in a related function.
• Strong senior stakeholder management with credibility to influence partners and leaders.
• Experience with AI and legal technology and ability to drive practical adoption.
• Legal Project Management, process improvement and delivering operational change in a law firm.
• Solid commercial awareness, linking operations to matter profitability and client outcomes.
• Ability to own complex challenges and balance strategy with delivery and measurable results.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior lawyers, partners and leadership to identify opportunities for operational improvement and transformation.
• Drive AI and legal technology adoption by identifying use cases and embedding new ways of working in service delivery.
• Influence senior stakeholders and translate strategic objectives into practical solutions.
• Lead Legal Operations and Legal Project Management initiatives to improve efficiency, profitability and client value.
• Work with partners in client meetings to develop tailored solutions for managing and delivering matters.
• Use data, financial insights and performance metrics to demonstrate measurable business impact.
• Lead process improvement and change initiatives with lawyers, LegalTech specialists and other teams.
