KM Recruitment is seeking a Legal Trainer/Coach to remotely mentor learners on Legal Apprenticeships (Paralegal, Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive). The role requires qualified legal professionals with paralegal or solicitor experience and a knack for coaching, with flexibility for occasional travel.

You will support learners, provide guidance, monitor progress, set SMART targets and prepare them for End Point Assessments while maintaining proper learner records.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a qualified Legal professional with paralegal (4 years minimum) or solicitor experience within a law firm.
• Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues in a legal setting.
• Must be flexible with travel as needed.
• Confident with Maths and English.

Aufgaben

• Coach and mentor learners working towards their Legal Apprenticeship programmes: Paralegal; Solicitor and Chartered Legal Executive.
• Ensure learners develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required within their role, and to complete their Apprenticeship.
• Offer IAG and provide encouraging support and guidance to learners throughout their learning journey.
• Identify any barriers to learning, and ensure learners are accessing any additional delivery routes available to them.
• Carry out timely progression reviews, set SMART targets and ensure timely achievement of the Apprenticeship qualification.
• Prepare and support learners through to End Point Assessment.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.

Candidates must have experience of working as a Paralegal (4 years’ minimum) or as a Solicitor within a Law Firm.

Location: Remote / Online (with occasional travel for meetings)

Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent
